I am attracted to qualities of ambiguity and visual shift within regular
and repetitive forms. While working with these pentagonal shapes I was
frequently drawn to the appearance of the sky. I could imagine within
the cloud formations and continuous colour shifts of the day, the geometric
organisation of these paintings.
